Professor Keith Harding
Keith brings many years of experience in the wound care sector having written over 300 publications in the field. He was appointed as the first Director of University of Cardiff the Wound Healing Research Unit in 1991 and is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Wound Journal. From 2002 - 2005 he was Head of the University Department of Surgery and currently serves as Head of the Department of Wound Healing, School of Medicine, Cardiff University and Clinical Director of Wound Healing in the Cardiff & Vale NHS Trust. He was also the first President of the European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel and is a Past President of the European Tissue Repair Society.

Dr William Eaglstein
William has over 30 years’ experience in the dermatology sector. He was Vice President of Pipeline Development and Scientific Affairs at Stiefel Laboratories, and Chairman Emeritus of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. After his retirement from the University of Miami in 2003, he became President of IVAX Dermatologicals Inc where he brought three novel dermatologic products to market in two years. During this time he also led the continued development of a novel, topical anti-inflammatory drug, successfully obtaining FDA approval for phase III testing.

Professor Alan Suggett
Alan has extensive experience in operating at the interface between science and business. Following several senior industrial appointments in an R&D role, he recently retired from his long standing role of Technology Director at Smith & Nephew plc. In addition to chairing the Dermatology Focus Group at Photopharmica, he is also Chairman of the Medical Devices Faraday Partnership and has served as a non-executive director in the pharmaceutical industry.

Professor Brian Wilson
Brian Wilson is a biophysicist with over 20 years’ experience in bench-to-bedside research and development in PDT. He currently serves as a Professor of Medical Biophysics at University of Toronto, Canada, and directs a broad-based program in optical diagnostics and therapeutics. Brian is also a founding member of three start-up companies in the biophotonics field and is recognised as world leader in light dosimetry in PDT.

Professor Mark Wilcox
Mark is Senior Consultant in Medical Microbiology at the Leeds General Infirmary and Professor of Medical Microbiology at the University of Leeds. He is also Head of Microbiology, Clinical Director of Pathology and Director of Infection Prevention and Control for The Leeds Teaching Hospitals. Mark previously served as Secretary of the Hospital Infection Society and was Assistant Editor of the Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy. He is an advisor to the UK Healthcare Commission, the Department of Health and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency on infection control issues.
